Standing out, being yourself, and not caring what other people think is hard.
Everyone always has a new way of trying to distance themselves from the fears of being perceived or judged by other people :/

Remember that you play as side character in the stories of all the other people around you.
Your role, your presence, is no competition for anyone else in their own stories.
Just as everyone else in a side character in the story that ONLY YOU narrate and lead in everyday.
Its hard to act like no one else cares if you're the kind of person that is always observing the people around them and commenting on what they have going on, so comes the belief that everyone thinks that same way.
Then comes the spiraling of "well then that means everyone around me is watching me so I have to be the best"

And if they are watching you then thats their propagative
You just worry about your show ᯓ★
Don't give people a higher role or position in your story that doesn't deserve it or that isn't another player in it.
You're the director, the camera crew, the writing team, the actors and the audience.
