         Hey everyone welcome back!

Hey everyone, welcome back to the blog, if you’re unfamiliar with me, my name is Mar! I’m a photographer. Check back onto last weeks blog were I  discussed getting into photography and one of the places I started out taking pictures to practice was Grounds  for Sculpture.

This week I’m going to be discussing Sayen  Gardens and some camera techniques that I have learned over the years.

So Sayen Gardens is a small little garden located in Hamilton New Jersey. It’s kind of in the middle of everything. You can defenitly miss it while your driving. Sayen Gardens is a botanical  garden. It has anything from flowers to plants. Its open year round, and is free. There is no admission fee. You can just enter from dusk till dawn.

Sayen Gardens has many mini trails inside of it that leads to some beautiful parts. Like right in this photograph this trail will lead you to the Sayne House I believe the house may hold some indoor plants. Think of it as a greenhouse.

Sayen Gardens is known for being a wedding spot. Many can rent the garden for weddings. its a great wedding spot for pictures! Many do weddings and now prom is a big host spot now. High School students go crazy to get there for pictures. They even have a gazebo that looks like an alter for a wedding ceremony so its perfect. I feel the best time to come here from experience is fall! you get the change of the leaves and its a cool breeze outside its the perfect spot if you want to get your friends together to take photos for practice.

Some Camera Advice!

Invest in a Tripod if trying to get the perfect picture in this place. Its best when getting a full shot you want the camera to be as steady as possible.

When doing any sort of photographing landscape, portrait, food, etc. Make sure you are focusing the camera by playing with the tip of the lenses, Just the small little little one, it will allow you to focus your images you can also set auto focus on if you have trouble. The bigger part of the lens will allow you to move the picture further out or closer. Some of the newer might even a whole setting to change depending on what you're  photographing. My canon rebel t6 has a plant/flower setting. So the camera is able to focus and is able to enhance the photographing experience!

Hope you all enjoyed this weeks blog!
