PUBG Mobile: How to Improve Aim?

What Should You Focus On?

There are three main fields to practice when it comes to improving your aim in PUBG Mobile. Here are the three fields listed below:
  1. Hip Fire
  2. Tracking
  3. Recoil Control

How To Improve Hip Fire?

To improve hip fire, we first should understand what hip fire is. Hip fire is when you are shooting your weapon without aiming down the sights. The most important aspect of hip fire is movement. Although the title specifically only highlights the idea of improving your aim, you also need to master your movement to improve your hip fire. There is one simple movement every player does when hip firing, which is jiggling/strafing (where you move your character horizontally from side to side). The most proficient way to improve on these ideas is to play TDM (Team Death Match). Here are the rules you should follow in TDM to improve your hip fire:
  1. Don't Ads (Aim down-sight)
  2. Don't focus on the idea of killing an opponent; focus on where your aim is when shooting. A lot of people don't truly look at their crosshair when shooting, so they can't tell where their aim is. Your eyes can deceive you; it may look like your crosshair is on your opponent, but if you aren't getting hit markers, then it isn't.
  3. Aim for the head when hip firing.
  4. Focus on your movement when hip firing, make sure you are jiggling/strafing when firing, so it is harder for your opponents to track your movement.

Advanced tips for CQC (Close Quarters Combat):
  1. Make sure to move in a zig-zag pattern when you are moving normally.
  2. Mix crouching into your jiggle/strafe; however, don't spam it because it will end up working against you.

How To Improve Tracking/Recoil Control?

There are two types of "tracking" you want to work on:
  1. Close-Range Tracking
  2. Long/Mid-Range Tracking
To improve on close-range and long-range tracking, go to training grounds and follow everything in the video below (you can skip around the video to get the main idea):

While you are tracking, you are forced to work on your recoil control, so there isn't much need to solely practice recoil control by itself.

Disclaimer: This is what works for me, doesn't mean it'll work for you. Take everything you have read above with a grain of salt.
