Plain and simple.
If I you try to give space to all the problems of the world and those around you, how much space will you have left for yourself to grown, live and learn?
Actually nothing is ever plain nor simple, lets be honest, I'm still trying to apply my preaches in my own life because I know id be a happier person, but when negativity in on loop in your head, thats all it starts to know.
Its like trying to learn a new language.
Would you believe me if i told you i learned Korean?
its true!
few years back i knew all the phonetics and could visually understand and sound out any word. I didn't learn every word unfortunately and have since fall off pretty hard, but the same all applies to changing your mind set
If you wanna do it, you too can learn the langue, just take your time <3
